88ff Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "88ff", "we", "us", "our" — refers to 88ff, the operator of the platform accessible at 88ff.cam, including its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
• "Platform" — the 88ff website, mobile browser interface, and all game and betting services offered through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who registers an account with 88ff or accesses the platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a player to access 88ff services.
• "Wallet" — the virtual PKR balance held within a player's 88ff account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be bet before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which 88ff confirms a player's identity and age using official documentation.

Access to the 88ff platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. 88ff strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts or use the platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order at 88ff or at any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not register or use the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 88ff is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 88ff platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, CNIC, mobile number, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 88ff will close all duplicate accounts and may retain any balances held across those accounts pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if they change.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ff account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent 88ff support.

88ff support staff will never ask for your password or OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from 88ff and requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

You agree to notify 88ff immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 88ff will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.

88ff strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available from Account Settings. Account activity logs showing login timestamps and IP addresses are accessible from your account security settings at all times.

As a licensed gaming operator, 88ff is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be requested at registration or at any point during account activity at 88ff's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required at 88ff includes a clear, legible copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back — and may additionally include proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Documents must be current and unaltered. All documents submitted are processed securely and stored in accordance with the 88ff Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 88ff will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.

88ff accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 across all payment channels. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets are credited instantly to your 88ff wallet under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 1–24 hours subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following standard blockchain confirmation, typically within 10 minutes under normal network conditions.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player or accepting deposits into your account on behalf of a third party is prohibited. 88ff reserves the right to request verification of any payment method used for deposit before processing an associated withdrawal.

88ff does not accept deposits derived from any illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own.

Withdrawals from your 88ff wallet to your nominated payment method are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, 88ff may request additional verification of an alternative payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time at 88ff is 1–3 business days following approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically faster. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 3 business days.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers 88ff's anti-money-laundering or fraud detection systems may be held for additional review. 88ff reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing such withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any withdrawal request made while an active bonus is in progress may result in cancellation of that bonus.

88ff offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions such as PSL cricket cashback. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions at 88ff:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The standard minimum wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• 88ff reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, exploitation of a software error, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or collusion with other players.
• Bonuses are offered solely at the discretion of 88ff. No player has an automatic entitlement to any specific promotion, and 88ff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

All bets and game stakes placed on the 88ff platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the platform:

• A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the 88ff system and a bet confirmation reference is generated. Bets not confirmed due to a system error or connectivity issue are not valid and will not be settled.
• 88ff reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at any time, including at the individual player level where risk management considerations apply.
• In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended at any time.
• In the event of a verifiable technical error, malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88ff reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software for non-live games and by real-time events for live casino and sports betting. 88ff does not manipulate odds or game outcomes to disadvantage players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ff platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required by our licensing obligations:

• Creating or operating more than one account on 88ff, including accounts in the names of family members, associates, or fictitious persons.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or participate in games.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the 88ff platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud in connection with events available for betting on 88ff.
• Using the 88ff platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from criminal sources or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage over 88ff or other players.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88ff staff, other players, or any individuals associated with the platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith without first attempting resolution through the 88ff dispute process in Section 13.

88ff is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its player base in Pakistan and internationally. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits. Once a limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications sent after a configured session duration to remind players of the time elapsed during the current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary self-imposed suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, the player's account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request, locks all account access, and triggers removal from all marketing lists. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

All content on the 88ff platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game titles, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text content, and data, is the intellectual property of 88ff or its content providers and licensors. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88ff platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the 88ff platform or its content.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any 88ff software.
• Use 88ff branding, trademarks, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 88ff platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 88ff's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal proceedings.

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding your 88ff account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact the 88ff support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Provide full details of the dispute including your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, the date of the incident, and a description of the issue. Our team will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the response from the support team, you may escalate the matter to the 88ff complaints team by email. The complaints team will investigate and provide a formal written response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If a dispute remains unresolved following the completion of the 88ff internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to 88ff's licensing authority for independent review. 88ff will not accept chargebacks from payment providers as a method of dispute resolution where the internal complaints process has not first been completed in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage resulting from your access to or use of the 88ff platform.

88ff makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 88ff will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. No liability is accepted for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance or technical failure periods.

The 88ff platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88ff makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform, its content, or the outcomes of any game or sporting event available on it. Gambling involves inherent risk; you accept this risk when you use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ff holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the disputes process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

88ff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 88ff will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 88ff platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account at any time.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates. 88ff recommends reviewing the Terms at least once every three months or whenever you receive a notification of an update.
